Episode 193 |When Older Kids Argue with Parents

Are your older kids characterized by being argumentative? Do they challenge your authority constantly with sassy comebacks or reluctant submission? Would you like to help your children learn to communicate their thoughts and feelings in mature, respectful ways? Join Katy and me as we discuss practical tips to help encourage older children to turn away from the foolishness of arguing and embrace the wisdom and instruction of the Lord.

We have a brand new episode of the Parenting with Ginger Hubbard podcast available today. Here’s a little more about what you can expect:

Episode 193 |When Older Kids Argue with Parents: Encouraging older children to identify and solve their own problems, rather than rattling off commands and consequences, can help prevent arguments. We reprove our kids for foolishness and train them in wisdom because we want our children to avoid the consequences of bad choices and experience the peace and safety of walking in the wisdom of God. That wisdom comes from abiding in His commands. We make every effort to train them in the way they should go--which is straight to Jesus, who is the way, the truth and the life.
