Episode 174 | Prevention and Help for Teenage Rebellion

Are you looking for effective ways to guide and influence your teenager without being controlling? Do you struggle with knowing when to exercise parental authority and when to allow them the freedom to make their own decisions? Join Katy and me as we discuss how we can shepherd the hearts of our teens without coming across as overprotective and how we can alleviate fear and worry when they’re making their own decisions.

We have a brand new episode of the Parenting with Ginger Hubbard podcast available today. Here’s a little more about what you can expect:

Episode 174 | Prevention and Help for Teenage Rebellion: God created children to move toward independence as they get older, so it’s natural for them to want to make some of their own decisions as they move into their teen years. If we’re fighting small battles with our teenagers, where the best we can hope for are temporal victories, we’re on the wrong battlefield. A soldier can’t fight on two battlefields at once. So, let’s fight the battle of greater purpose where the ultimate victory is won--the battle over sin and death--and where the promises and blessings of God are victorious over the temporal trappings of this world.
