Episode 034 | How God Uses Our Weaknesses
Do you try to hide your weaknesses and struggles from your children because you’re afraid they might lose respect for you? Are you concerned that if your kids see you emotionally vulnerable that it might cause them to become insecure? Join Katy and me as we discuss the importance of letting our kids see how we need and depend on God every moment of every day.
We have a brand new episode of the Parenting with Ginger Hubbard podcast available today. Here’s a little more about what you can expect:
Episode 034 | How God Uses Our Weaknesses: Our kids see us praising God on Sunday mornings, but do they see us praising him throughout the week? They see us praising him when we’re happy and when things are going our way, but do they see us praising him when we’re sad or troubled about something? We experience God’s love, comfort and peace during the worst kinds of pain and suffering when we offer him praise in the midst of it. When our kids see us clinging to Jesus and praising him during the hardest trials and the most painful times in our lives, it shows them how real he is and how powerful his love and presence are for those who call on his name.
